[Taiwan, May 20, 2025]Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, MOEA of Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, in collaboration with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), led a delegation of over 30 outstanding Taiwanese startups to participate in the “2025 Select LA/TW Cross-Border Innovation Exchange” from May 19 to 20, 2025. With the theme of “Technology Translation, Cross-Border Acceleration, and Market Entry,” this initiative aims to actively explore opportunities in the North American market and foster international partnerships and investment.


The event brought together renowned angel investors, venture capital firms, and leading accelerator partners from Los Angeles. Through three days of intensive, immersive engagement, the program facilitated direct connections between Taiwanese startups and LA’s vibrant innovation ecosystem, helping teams achieve market entry, expand in the U.S., and secure global fundraising opportunities.
